BetPawa Took My Money When The Game Froze - Ignored My Complaint

Although I gambled on the Aviator game on BetPawa, the experience was absolutely horrible. Every time I tried to stop the game from freezing constantly, it would simply not react. My money was still being deducted, however, even though I had no influence over what was going on. It's aggravating as this isn't a one-time error—it keeps repeating. I contacted their customer service in search of assistance, however as of right now I have not received one single call or reply from them. I really wouldn't advise BetPawa to anyone if this is how they approach consumer concerns and technical problems.
