Betpark Did Not Provide Promised Loss Bonus After ₺7500 Deposit

I deposited ₺7500 on Betpark, lost the entire amount, and was promised a loss bonus as part of their promotion. However, they failed to deliver the bonus despite advertising it. To make matters worse, they require a 250-character explanation just to report the issue, which feels like an unnecessary hurdle.

I have repeatedly reached out, but they still haven’t credited my bonus. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a platform that claims to value its users. I expect Betpark to honor their promotional promise and immediately credit my loss bonus. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for what they were promised.
