Betpark Deducted Balance Without Reason and Denies Responsibility

I had a balance of 700 TL on Betpark and purchased a 100 TL game. However, instead of the correct deduction, my balance inexplicably dropped to 73 TL. A similar issue occurred when playing with a 1,000 TL balance—despite having enough funds, my final balance of 218 TL suddenly dropped to 73 TL without explanation.

This is unacceptable, and when I contacted live support, they denied any problem and refused to assist. It’s clear that Betpark is unreliable, and they seem to unjustly seize users' funds.

I strongly advise against using this platform. Betpark, I demand an immediate resolution, full transparency, and a refund of my missing balance. Treating customers this way destroys trust in your platform.
