Betpark Deleted My Balance and Denied Withdrawal Over IP Conflict

I earned winnings through a bonus provided by Betpark and submitted a ₺1,000 withdrawal request. However, just 30 minutes ago, my withdrawal request was rejected with the reason stated as “IP address conflict.” It’s strange because there were no issues when I was depositing money or receiving the bonus — the problem only occurred when I tried to withdraw my winnings. Afterward, my entire balance, including the bonus, was completely deleted.
