Betpark Refused to Process My Winnings Due to IP Conflict
On October 20, 2025, I attempted to withdraw ₺300 in winnings from my Betpark account. However, the site refused to process my payment, citing an “IP conflict” as the reason. It’s strange because I’ve never had any issues while playing games or making deposits — this problem only occurs when I try to withdraw my winnings. My account username is Sualp123.
I contacted customer service regarding this issue, but I didn’t receive any response for about 15 minutes, and afterward, I was sent irrelevant messages unrelated to my problem. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue; previously, everything had worked fine.
I request that my ₺300 winnings be paid to my account as soon as possible and that Betpark take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
