Betpark Erased My Balance Claiming IP Conflict

While attempting to withdraw ₺1,300 from my Betpark account via the website, my entire balance was suddenly deleted without any warning or explanation. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the issue was due to an “IP address conflict.” However, I believe this explanation is incorrect, as I have not violated any rules or engaged in prohibited activity. My account username is meikuu.

I’ve been unfairly affected by the deletion of my funds and request that the ₺1,300 be refunded to my account immediately.
