Betnano VIP Support Ignored My Bonus Request After Heavy Losses

I no longer plan to deposit money on Betnano. This month, I suffered significant losses, yet the site only credited a 10% loss bonus, which is unacceptably low for a VIP player. When I reached out to my VIP representative, instead of assisting me, they mocked my request and then blocked me.

I also requested a gesture bonus as compensation, but it was instantly denied with no explanation. The way Betnano treats its loyal users is unacceptable.

If this is how they handle their high-value customers, I can only imagine how they treat regular players. I will never deposit here again, and I urge others to be cautious before trusting this site.
