I Made ₺44K on Betmoon and They Blocked My Account Without Paying Me

I’m extremely frustrated with Betmoon right now. After building my balance up to ₺44,000 through fair gameplay, my account was suddenly blocked and marked for “review.” It’s now been over three weeks, and I haven’t received a single update or clear explanation. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and they keep telling me the review process is being handled “in order,” but that’s just a delaying tactic.

This is completely unacceptable. If the roles were reversed and I had lost money, they’d be quick to take it. But now that I’ve won, I’m met with silence and excuses. I demand my ₺44,000 be released immediately. Betmoon, stop stalling and pay what I rightfully won. This kind of behavior makes it clear how you treat your players when they actually win.
