BetKanyon Requires Unfair Extra Wagering From a Loyal Member

As a committed member of this site for eight years, I was treated unfairly last year. I deposited 2,000 TL and satisfied all conversion requirements, but they wouldn't transfer my 8,000 TL earnings. They said I had to risk 26,000 TL more, thereby losing my money. Even worse, the customer representative's explanations were inconsistent and confusing. I've lost 8,000 TL, whether they give it or not. This site no longer values loyal customers. I'll locate a new site and want to terminate my subscription immediately. This disappointed me greatly.
