BetKanyon Deleted My Balance and Denied My 7th Withdrawal Using Promo Code

Today, I made my 7th withdrawal request with a promo code, but BetKanyon, without providing any reason, deleted my balance and refused the payment, claiming "multiple device login" and "multi-account" issues. Now, I would like to ask: how is it that a member who has had 6 withdrawals paid without issue is suddenly flagged for "multiple IP" or "multiple device" warnings on the 7th withdrawal request, and their payment is denied? I've been a member for years, and my withdrawal request just 3 days ago was paid without any problems. How do you explain this? I've been using promo codes for withdrawals for years, so how is this even possible?
