Betebet Locked My Account After a $1,475 Withdrawal Request
On October 22, I requested a withdrawal for my $1,475 winnings from the Betebet casino section. However, my account was first put on hold with the message “transaction queue reserved,” then placed under review without any explanation, and finally restricted from access. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced an issue like this since opening my account. My username is ra***.
No request for documents or additional information was sent to me. When I contacted customer service, they only stated that the review process was ongoing and that my account would remain inaccessible. I still cannot access my account, and my winnings have not been paid.
I request that the risk department complete its review immediately, that my account be reopened, and that my $1,475 winnings be paid to me. Otherwise, I will pursue the necessary legal steps.
