I Face Unauthorized Bet and Missing $173 After Betcio Withdrawal Request

On October 24, 2025, at around 4:15 PM, I submitted a $173 withdrawal request from my Betcio account. The request was rejected, and I was told that a confirmation email had been sent to my personal email address for security purposes. The email included my IBAN number and asked me to confirm that I approved the transfer of $173 to that account. After replying to the email, my entire balance was wiped out, and it showed that a $173 bet had been placed on a game I never played. At that exact moment, I was on a call with a customer service representative and never even entered any game.

While I was on the call, a representative named Ms. S*** contacted me from the number +902167400*** and told me my account wasn’t secure and that I needed to enable two-factor authentication. I followed her instructions exactly. Later, I was informed that my account was now secure, but I was fully responsible for all transactions. However, I did not perform any of these actions. A suspicious activity clearly occurred on my account — and it happened while I was in contact with their customer support.

I’ve made many withdrawals before and have never experienced anything like this. There were no active bonuses or promotions on my account, and I was using only my main balance. No extra fees or external transfers were made. I reviewed my account activity and spoke to multiple representatives, but they all gave me the same answer — that I was responsible.

I’m requesting that the $173 be refunded to my account and that this security breach be properly investigated to resolve the harm I’ve suffered.
