BetCio Withdrawal Blocked After Account Verification – Gmail Code Never Arrived

I’ve been a member of the BetCio site for a long time and have been playing in the casino category. Yesterday, my $135 withdrawal request was canceled due to account verification requirements. After completing the necessary verification, I was then asked for Gmail verification — but I never received the Gmail confirmation email.

I contacted live support to request an update for my Gmail address, but that request was also ignored, and my withdrawal attempt was canceled again.

In total, my withdrawal request has been canceled twice, and a withdrawal block has been placed on my account. My winnings reached around $405, but I couldn’t withdraw any of it due to the restriction, and eventually, I lost my entire balance. Live support only told me to request a callback, which I did, but no one ever called me, and my Gmail address was never updated.

No solution has been offered, and my winnings were never paid out. I’m requesting that my funds be paid and that this issue be fully resolved.
