Nine days ago, I won 6,000₺ on Betandyou and immediately requested a withdrawal. However, instead of processing my payment, the site gave me an error and then completely blocked my account. Since then, I have been unable to place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds.
I sent multiple emails and submitted all requested documents, yet every response claimed there was a document error—which is clearly just an excuse to avoid paying my winnings. They are not processing my withdrawal and are simply stalling.
