I made a ₺15,000 withdrawal from Betandyou using Payco. The transaction was marked as approved, but it’s been 4 full days and the money still hasn’t reached my account. For a platform that claims to have solid infrastructure, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.

₺15,000 may not seem like much to Betandyou, but for me, it’s a significant amount—and I’ve been left in financial limbo. I reached out to support multiple times, and every single response has been the same: “It has been forwarded to the finance department, please wait.” That’s all they say, with no follow-up, no clarity, and no real action.

Betandyou, I demand immediate resolution. You’ve approved the withdrawal, now complete it. Stop repeating generic replies and show your users that you value trust and accountability. Four days is far too long to leave someone without access to their own money.
