This app is unreliable, do not use it! I am unable to log in with my own email, and my backup is gone even though I had backed it up using Drive before resetting my device. I have not received any solution except automated emails from a bot. Please avoid this app so that more people don’t fall victim to it. It is also a poorly managed app that has been involved in multiple presale scams. I strongly recommend using a different wallet application. Please do not use Best Wallet!
