Best Buy Failed My Washer and Dryer Delivery and Installation with No-Shows

Having had a somewhat unpleasant encounter with Best Buy, I am urging others not to go through the same. Expecting the "professional installation" promised, I ordered a washer and dryer set. Best Buy outsources to smaller contractors from XPO Logistics, which it utilises for delivery; none of them seem to interact. Three times my delivery and installation were postponed; each time there were no-shows or last-minute cancellals. It has already been more than two weeks and I still lack my appliances. Customer service has been inadequate; all the missed appointments and my lost time have been covered by a $50 store credit. Choose a local shop doing their own installations if you appreciate dependability and customer service. Best Buy has squandered my time and effort.
