Best Buy Delayed My Refund After Faulty Laptop and Lost Return
Within a week of purchase, the apparently "high-quality" laptop I bought began to malfunction. When I sought to get it back, I was sent on an annoying cycle between several customer support agents who either gave contradicting information or didn't know what my problem was. I finally sent the thing back after hours on wait, just to be informed it was "lost in transit" and my refund would be delayed yet. Every call to Best Buy now finishes with an unpleasant agent claiming they "can't help." Dealing with Best Buy is a nightmare.
