I Paid for My SuperStep Order but It Still Hasn’t Shipped After 12 Days
I ordered a product from SuperStep on July 11, and the invoice was issued the next day, July 12. However, as of today—12 full days later—the item still hasn’t been shipped. For a company that claims to be corporate and reliable, this kind of delay is shocking. I already paid for the item, the invoice was generated, but the package hasn’t even left the warehouse.
I’ve called customer service five days in a row. Every time, they say, “We’ve noted it down,” or “We’ve informed the courier,” but nothing ever happens. Nobody can give me a clear update or shipping date. What kind of organized operation is this?
I’ve received products from China through Temu in under 10 days. Meanwhile, a local retail item in Turkey can’t make it to me in 12? At this rate, it might take 15 to 20 days—if it even arrives.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I urge SuperStep to stop misleading customers and resolve this issue immediately. We deserve better service.
My issue has been resolved and the product was delivered. Would I buy a product from this brand again? Yes, I would, because there is someone to communicate with and I know they work to resolve your problems. Thank you.
