Bershka Unfulfilled Black Friday Order Refund

I bought some stuff from Bershka during the Black Friday sale on November 23, 2033, and I'm pretty disappointed that the items haven't been shipped yet. It's quite frustrating that even though Bershka canceled the order themselves, it's been a month and a half and I still haven't received my refund. The status still shows "in transit," which is not very reassuring. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, the promised email responses have not been delivered. I can't help but question Bershka's intentions behind this exasperating situation.
