Bershka Sent Me the Wrong Cropped Jacket and Closed My Customer Service Query
When my box arrived, I was surprised to see that they had sent a totally different item—a long coat in another color—after ordering a cropped jacket from Bershka. The label tag still says "cropped jacket," which further muddies matters. After spending about an hour back and forth with the chat agent, I realised they weren't actually helping. I tried to reach out to their customer care online to explain the circumstances. To exacerbate the situation, I wasn't home thus I couldn't send pictures soon away, thus they closed my question without any answer. I'm not bothered sorting; I simply want to return the garment. This has been an annoying encounter; I won't be shopping with Bershka going forward.
