Bershka Did Not Ship My Online Order Even After a Week of Waiting

Bershka hasn't given my order to cargo yet and it's been about a week! I understand there was a special day of my country but except that, they had 4 days to give cargo. I even contacted customer service to ask for an update, but they just gave generic responses with no real explanation. Bershka never cares about cargo and they don't even do sth about care about cargos and fix these issues. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced delays with them, and it’s honestly starting to feel like a pattern. If they can’t handle online orders properly, they shouldn’t offer delivery at all.
