Bershka Complaint — Wrong Shoe Size Sent in Trendyol Express Shipment

On September 24, 2025, I placed an order through Trendyol for a pair of Bershka brand boots in size 38. However, my shipment arrived late and the wrong size was delivered. The package was delivered five days later via Trendyol Express, and when I opened it, I discovered that I had received size 36 boots instead.

The product itself had no other issues, but since the size is incorrect, I cannot use it.

I request that the correct size, 38, be sent to me as soon as possible.
