I ordered two leather coats from the Bershka brand via Trendyol—one in size L and one in size M. Both coats were too large, so I created a return request. Since they were delivered to me in a single package, I returned them together in the same package using a single return code. However, I was informed that only the size M coat was rejected and that the return had been denied, as if only one product had been sent back. But I returned both items in the same package, just as I received them. As a result, I have not been refunded the ₺1890, and Bershka is passing the responsibility to Trendyol. I regret trusting Bershka and am deeply dissatisfied with this experience.
