I purchased Bepanthol Baby Shampoo hoping it would be a gentler and safer alternative after a previous brand caused eye irritation for my daughter. Given Bepanthol's reputation, I expected a much better experience—but unfortunately, I was let down. Despite all the marketing around its suitability for sensitive skin and delicate eyes, the shampoo caused the same uncomfortable eye stinging during bath time.
I am truly disappointed. I had trusted this product to protect my child from irritation, but it didn’t live up to its promise.
