Baby Develops Rashes & Allergy Concerns After Using Mustela Products

After having high hopes and being let down, I purchased a product that disappointed me greatly. When my baby was born, I was using a diaper rash cream, seeing no benefit, I switched to Bepanthol and noticed improvement. Based on a doctor's recommendation, I bought both the cream and shampoo for my one-year-old. After using the moisturizing cream, my son developed rashes, brown spots, and redness on his neck. A wart appeared on his arm, diagnosed as an allergic reaction. Despite trying Mustela Stelatopia shampoo, recommended by doctors, the allergic reaction persisted. I've stopped using the cream, opting for baby petroleum jelly, but after every two days of showering with the same shampoo, redness and itching return. This expensive product not only failed but also caused distress to my baby. I dread seeing Mustela again and worry about my child's well-being daily, even after 12 days. Now, I'm using a cream I found myself, hoping for relief.
