Please Open My Account

I am a user of the WePlay game and my account has been permanently banned without any clear reason. My WePlay user ID is 74680*** and my in‑game name is Ⓥₘₙₜₗ/𝐊𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐍𝐀🔱. On 3 September I was offline, and when I came back online I saw that my account would not open and I received information that my ID was permanently closed. I do not know the reason for this ban and I believe I have not done anything that should cause my account to be closed. I was not informed in advance, and I did not receive any clear explanation about what rule I allegedly violated. I request that my account be checked in detail again and that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for the permanent ban. If there has been any mistake or misunderstanding, I kindly request that my account be unbanned and fully restored.
