I usually use Bepanthol night cream for a couple of months, but it was all gone in just two weeks. I sliced open the tube to see if something was off, but didn't find anything and tossed it. After I informed Bayer headquarters about the issue, they assured me they would look into the batch number and provide compensation. But when I got back home, I saw that the garbage had been taken out. After letting them know, they said they were unable to assist. As someone who has been using and supporting Bepanthol products for a while, I am really let down.
