I’ve been a loyal fan of the Sebamed lip care product for a long time and had high expectations when I repurchased it. However, this time the experience was completely disappointing. When I opened the package, I found the lip balm stick already broken and the product inside almost entirely empty. It was clearly damaged before it was even opened.
I contacted the seller immediately, hoping for a replacement or at least a refund, but I was told that returns are not accepted for this item. How is that acceptable when the product arrives defective right out of the box? I paid full price for a product I couldn’t even use once.
It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like my money has gone to waste over something that was clearly not my fault. I expected better from both Sebamed and the retailer. Selling damaged goods and refusing to take accountability for it is not just poor customer service—it's a breach of trust.
