Bayer Bepanthol Cream Caused Allergy On My Face and Stinky

A couple of months back,  got myself a 400ml Bepanthol body moisturizer cream. Man, that thing stank and messed up my face when I tried it...so, took the product back to the pharmacy, but they didn't give me my money back instead, they told me they'd send it to the company, and I waited for like 2 months, but no refund yet and no replacement product either. So, after being messed around for like 2 months, they finally sent me this 50g Bepanthol lip moisturizer cream and some Supradyn. A surprising fact tho I didn't ask for Supradyn or lip moisturizer!!!  just bought a cream for 300 TL, now demanding its worth and same... this 50g Bepanthol cream you sent me is listed as 75 TL. Who gave you the right to do that? I've been using Bepanthol for 11 years now, and I'm gonna start complaining about it whenever it comes up, not gonna let you trick other people like you tricked me. We just want what we want, ya know? And if we gotta complain, don't go censoring us. That sucks that you don't wanna hear that, but you gotta give customers what they paid for without causing them any trouble. Stor jotting down my complaints each and every time I call you, give me some improvement here? You only deal with complaints, and other than that, you don't have any other fixes.  broke my heart, need to find a way to make things right, if you are the kind of company you are talking about...
