I Bought Bepanthol Derma Cream Without a Hygiene Seal and Now I Doubt Its Safety

February 23, 2025 6:35 PM34

I recently purchased a Bepanthol Derma cream from a Migros Mion store, and I was genuinely shocked to find that it had no hygienic protective seal. How is it acceptable that such a sensitive skincare product, especially one that is quite expensive, comes without even a simple tamper-evident cap? This is supposed to be a dermatological product. How can I be sure someone else hasn’t opened or tested it before me?

Skincare items like this should be sealed for hygiene and consumer safety. It's completely unacceptable to be forced to buy a product that could’ve been used or tampered with by anyone in the store. I’m not comfortable applying this to my skin or anyone else’s without knowing it’s untouched.
