Bepanthol Cream Smells Different After Opening — What It Means
I purchased two creams from Bepanthol—one Bepanthol Derma and one Bepanthol Sensiderm. The Derma cream had a security seal, but the Sensiderm product did not. I’m not sure whether it’s manufactured this way or if the product was previously opened. For a premium brand like Bepanthol, I don’t understand why Sensiderm doesn’t come with a seal.
Also, the Bepanthol hand and face cream develops a noticeable change in smell shortly after opening. I think the company should investigate this issue as well. I would like information on both matters. Is it safe to use Sensiderm without a security seal?
