Bepanthol Lip and Hand Creams Caused Severe Skin Reactions

I used Bepanthol lip cream, expecting relief, but it severely dried out my lips, causing peeling and crusting at the corners. This led to intense itching, burning, and painful sores that made it difficult to open or close my mouth. Assuming it would improve with continued use, the symptoms only worsened.

Similarly, the Bepanthol hand cream caused blisters, redness, itching, and burning on my hands. These expensive products not only damaged my skin but also caused significant financial loss. I deeply regret purchasing and using them.

I demand a full refund and an explanation from Bepanthol. Products marketed for sensitive skin should not cause such harm. Immediate action is needed to address this issue! Photos of the damage will be provided.
