Bleeding Color on Benetton Bag
After just an hour of using my recently bought Benetton bag, it managed to leave unsightly stains on my clothes. I would like to request a refund or an exchange. After noticing numerous customers expressing the same concern in the comments, I am eager to have my issue resolved!

I couldn't get any help at all. They called immediately, but the problem was apparently due to my clothes. It's really like a joke. I use other bags with the same beige-colored fabric with my colorful clothes without any issues, but the Benetton bag stained after just one hour of use. I'm being victimized by this nonsense. The big brand is rejecting my complaint, claiming it's my fault and trying to evade the issue. I will file this complaint everywhere, including Consumer Rights. They are all smiles when selling, but when there's a problem, they are the worst.
