I recently visited the Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora Demirören, and like another reviewer, I had a terrible experience. I booked an appointment with S***** due to her availability. My brows were thick, long, and intentionally grown out to allow for proper shaping. I specifically requested a soft arch without thinning.
Instead, my brows were drastically thinned, with the bottoms overly plucked and the length shortened far more than I wanted. This is exactly what I hoped to avoid by choosing a so-called professional service over a neighborhood salon. Unfortunately, the results were a major disappointment, and the service did not justify the price.
Sephora and Benefit, I regret trusting your service. Neighborhood salons provide better results at half the cost. I expected professionalism but left deeply dissatisfied. I strongly urge you to improve your training and services.
