Snapchat Device Ban Won't Lift Despite Multiple Complaints

On January 9, 2026, my device was permanently banned on Snapchat, and since that day I have been unable to log into my account from my own phone. Nearly six months have passed and the device ban has still not been lifted.
I previously filed a complaint about this through Şikayetvar as well, but no resolution was reached and the problem persists. I use the app solely for my own personal use, and having my device blocked like this is causing me real harm.
My request to Snapchat is that the ban placed on my device be reviewed and removed, and that I be able to log into my account from my own phone without any issues..
