Snapchat "User Not Found" Error When Adding Someone You Know
My girlfriend and I are having trouble adding each other on Snapchat. Every time I try to add her using her username, the app keeps returning the error "Sorry, [username] could not be found."
There are no issues with my phone or internet connection, and everything else in the app works fine. The problem only appears when I try to add this specific username. Despite trying multiple times throughout the same day, nothing has changed.
I am requesting that Snapchat look into whatever is causing this issue with that username — whether it is a restriction or a technical error — and resolve it so that my girlfriend and I can add each other on the app.
