Displeased with Beko Steam Iron

I told them how unhappy I was that the Beko steam iron couldn't do what it was supposed to do. Customer service sent me to their technical service, which told me the iron was working as it should. Then I asked for a return, but they said no because the time spent on the technical service visit would be added to the time it takes to return the item. Even though Beko's Instagram account has been contacted over and over, no solution has been found. Over the past two days, different people from the company have called me to talk about the same problem. There has been no support after the purchase, which has made me feel very frustrated and let down.
