Beko New Washing Machine Causes Holes in Clothes, Upgraded Model, Same Problem

first the brand new machine started making small holes in my clothes, thought that maybe the problem was just with my old machine, so I decided to spend 18000 TL on a new model, nope it was all the brand because the problem is still there. my clothes got damaged all the time, especially after I upgraded my machine. for a whole month, all I get is my nerves being played with... it's obvious that this is not a small or isolated problem. I want to make it clear that I am not looking for a basic fix for the machine. Considering the time, effort, and money I have put into this, I think it's unfair to have to deal with this problem in the beginning. I am thinking about taking the matter to the next level, considering contacting the Consumer Court or CIMER (Communication Center for Public Complaints and Suggestions) to find a fair solution to this situation.

Beko service tested the washing machine and reported that it is indeed leaking, and they forwarded the report to the regional directorate. Today, I received a call that another service will come and test it on Saturday. If you don't trust yourselves, how will you trust me? It's been a month since I bought it, and instead of replacing it immediately, you started stalling. I will present the report and other documented evidence to the consumer board at the district governor's office. My request is a refund; I don't trust you anymore as different representatives keep calling and stalling every day.

There is no problem with the washing machine at the headquarters; we are tearing the clothes for fun. Moreover, the service that came did a test and confirmed the malfunction. They don't trust their own service. The machine is brand new, only 1 month old. I thought the customer was always right, no questions asked.
