I have been using the Beko Ultraforce 3.0 vacuum cleaner for about two years. The product’s suction power is very weak, and it throws the collected dust directly onto the filter. This problem occurs every time I use it—on every type of surface and at every setting.
I previously contacted authorized Beko service, and they sent me a replacement unit, but the same issue persists with the new product as well. Since the problem has not been resolved, my inconvenience continues.
