Beko Dishwasher Flooded My House and Caused Significant Damage After Installation

The dishwasher we purchased from Beko caused my house to flood on the night it was installed. The machine arrived already damaged on both sides, and we had the delivery team note this issue. On the day of installation, I loaded the dishes and ran the machine twice, but soap and dirt remained on the dishes. That night, I set it to the highest program and went to sleep. However, the hose connected to the sink burst, flooding my entire house. We turned off the water valves and requested a service call, but the service team came only the next day. We had to call a water damage restoration company, which cost us a fortune. My parquet flooring is swollen, and we had to install industrial drying machines, so we’ve been unable to stay in our home for about 10 days now. The service team they sent claimed the issue was not due to the machine’s connection. I don’t know whether it was caused by the connection or if something was damaged during installation, or if the machine created pressure that caused the faucet leading to the sink to burst. Both the machine connection and the sink connection are on the same line. From the beginning, the machine came with problems. We’ve lived in this house for 25 years and never experienced anything like this before. I’ve called multiple times, and they said they would send an expert to assess the damage. I’ve been waiting because they told me not to proceed with repairs until the expert arrived. However, since the water valves are closed and the drying machines are running, I still cannot live in my home and have been away for about 10 days. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve called, and there’s still no response from higher authorities or relevant personnel. As of now, my visible expenses are around ₺50,000, and I still can’t move back into my house. My suffering continues. I’ll be forced to proceed with repairs just to return home, and since the expert hasn’t arrived, I’m sure they will create problems regarding compensation. I’m truly disappointed; this situation is unworthy of such a reputable brand. If my downstairs neighbor hadn’t alerted me, and an electrical current had formed, we might not even be alive right now.

They called today and said it's still being evaluated. It's been 10 days, I don't understand what they're evaluating. We have no choice but to get the repairs done and move into our house. It's truly a shame.
