I have been using Bebelac 4 follow-on formula for the past week, and every night after my baby drinks it, he develops severe allergic reactions and rashes. My baby is 13 months old and only drinks formula at night. After switching to this product, the rashes disappear during the day but come back each night right after feeding.
Our doctor confirmed that despite cutting out all other possible allergenic foods, the rashes kept recurring only after feeding, which indicates the formula is the cause.
I purchased the product from Hepsiburada for ₺888, and my invoice number is 7226228600. Each morning, after drinking the formula, my child wakes up with his body bright red, which worries us greatly. I also noticed that the formula does not fully dissolve. I already threw away the boxes, but I still have the invoice. So far, I have not contacted Bebelac customer service.
It is unacceptable to risk baby health in this way. These issues only began after switching to Stage 4, so I demand that the ingredients be examined for possible allergens. I am sharing this complaint so that other families can be warned as well. I request a refund for these products and an immediate investigation. I will also provide photos as evidence.
