Withdrawal Not Received And Customer Support Blocked Me

I am writing regarding a serious problem I experienced with Bgdwin concerning a withdrawal of 10,300 that I urgently need. On 03/06/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 10,300 via bank transfer, to be paid into my IndusInd Bank account in India. The transaction reference given for this withdrawal is W2026060317805003229353. After initiating this withdrawal, the amount has not been credited to my bank account, and I am unable to get proper support from Bgdwin. I contacted customer care via Telegram live chat, but instead of helping me, they blocked me, so I can no longer reach them or get any clarification about my money. I request that Bgdwin urgently process and credit the full 10,300 to my IndusInd Bank account without any further delay, or provide a clear and immediate explanation and solution regarding this missing withdrawal. I am in urgent need of this amount and expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
