Bgdwin Bank Transfer Deposit Not Credited to Account Balance

I made a bank transfer deposit of 10,000 to my Bgdwin account on 13-05-2026. The transfer was completed from my bank with the transaction/reference number T2605131953587609564256, but the money has still not been credited to my Bgdwin account. Despite the time that has passed, the deposit has not appeared in my balance and I have been unable to use my funds. I contacted Bgdwin about this issue but did not receive any response. I request that my deposit of 10,000 with the reference number T2605131953587609564256 be immediately credited to my Bgdwin account and that this problem be resolved as soon as possible.
