Withdrawal For BDG Win

I have been using the Wingo Colour service on BDGwinn.live and recently faced a serious issue with my recharge. I made a recharge of ₹3,000, but the amount was taken twice from me, so a total of ₹6,000 was deducted instead of the intended ₹3,000. I tried to contact BDGwinn.live customer support about this double deduction, but the customer support is not working and I could not get any help or explanation. I request that the extra ₹3,000 which was wrongly taken from me be urgently refunded or otherwise returned to me as soon as possible.
