BDG Win Deposit Not Credited After QR Code Payment

I made two QR code deposits to my BDG Win account yesterday—one for 300 INR and another for 500 INR, totaling 800 INR. The money was successfully deducted from my side, but it has not been credited to my BDG Win account.

I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I request that these two QR deposits from yesterday be urgently reviewed and that the total amount of 800 INR be credited to my BDG Win account as soon as possible.
