Payment Not Received

I made a payment on 9 August through Paytm to add money to my balance in the bdg game on the website https://bdg9.cc/#/wallet/RechargeHistory. The transaction was completed successfully and the amount of 9,999.48 rupees was sent from Tanmay Sanjay Sawant to Firoj Khan, as can be seen in the payment confirmation screenshot. Despite the payment being successful, the money has not been credited to my bdg game wallet and I still cannot see this amount in my game balance. Since the payment went through correctly, I believe this is an issue on the platform’s side. I request that the missing 9,999.48 rupees be immediately added to my bdg game account balance or my wallet on your platform as soon as possible, and that I be informed once this has been resolved.
