I am writing about a problem I experienced with BDG Game regarding a missing deposit. On 12 August at around 1:25 AM, I deposited 999.20 via Paytm to my BDG Game account, but the money has still not been credited to my balance. I am using BDG Game from America and my account UID is 22966***. I have a payment record showing that the amount was successfully taken from my Paytm, yet my BDG Game wallet remains unchanged. I contacted you through the app expecting the deposit to show up shortly, but there has been no update or resolution. I request that you urgently investigate this missing deposit, credit the 999.20 to my BDG Game account or refund the full amount to my original payment method as soon as possible.
