Navi UPI Debits ₹20,000 But Fails to Credit BDG GEM Balance

On 20 August 2026, I made a payment of 20,000 ₹ via Navi UPI, as shown in the attached receipt, to BDG GEM. This payment was successfully debited from my account, but until now it has not been credited on the BDG GEM side and I have not received any service or balance in return. I kindly request that this transaction be checked urgently, that my 20,000 ₹ either be credited to my BDG GEM account as promised or refunded to my original payment method, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this investigation.
