My Deposit Not Credited After Successful Transaction
On 6/7/26 at around 4:45 pm, I deposited 100 Taka to BDGames via my bKash account. I received the transaction number DG644K17RK, but the money has not been credited to my BDGames balance. After noticing that the deposit did not appear, I contacted BDGames customer care and spoke with them about the issue. Despite this, my money is still not showing in my account and the problem has not been resolved. I request that my 100 Taka deposit, made with transaction number DG644K17RK, be promptly located and either added correctly to my BDGames balance or refunded to me without further delay.
